Daniel Sugar
Daniel Sugar has over 25 years' experience in commercial real estate as Managing Director of Amsprop Estates where he leads a team that has transacted well over £1BLN of commercial assets. Daniel is dedicated to expanding our portfolio. With a keen eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of market dynamics Daniel is able to identify and acquire prime properties that align with our strategic goals. Daniel has overseen many large scale projects in Central London that have included new construction, large scale refurbishment and conversions.
Andrew Cohen
Andrew Cohen is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years' experience in property. After working at Brian Cooper & Company in the West End he joined Amsprop in 1991. Andrew heads up the property team and brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of successfully managing diverse portfolios and navigating complex acquisition processes. Andrew's strategic vision and deep understanding of the market makes him an crucial member of this team.
Nathan Schindler
Nathan Schindler is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with a master's degree in real estate. Before joining the DAM Team, Nathan spent 4 years working at Barnett Ross Auctioneers where he gained experience advising on the disposal of various types of investments as well as specialising in Landlord & Tenant matters. Nathan utilises his experience to successfully manage the current portfolio as well as acquire new properties for our growing portfolio.
Lucie Blake
Lucie supports the team with all daily operations. If someone has a question, Lucie will have the answer! With a decade of experience in the valuation department at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Lucie brings extensive knowledge of the property sector. Her keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills make her an indispensable asset to the team.
James Hughes
James Hughes leads a growing team that is responsible for the company's construction, redevelopment and refurbishment programmes. With his proactive approach, James ensures that all properties remain in peak condition. James also oversees the group's day to day tenant management and is committed to enhancing tenant satisfaction and preserving property value. James previously worked for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club where he held the position of Property Manager.
Laura Clark
With over 25 years of experience in property management, Laura is your go-to expert for all aspects of health and safety and maintenance within our diverse property portfolio. Having previously held a similar position at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Laura uses her extensive knowledge of the industry to ensure that every property meets the highest standards of care and compliance.
Jamie Burgess
Jamie is an integral part of our property management team. Whether it is day to day tenant management or wider Health & Safety issues, Jamie leans on his vast knowledge of the portfolio as well as existing relationships with tenants to offer solutions to any issues that arise. Prior to joining the team Jamie was part of the wider team at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
Nathan Kaye
Nathan is a member of the property management team, responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the portfolio and ensuring tenant satisfaction. With a strong attention to detail, he works diligently to uphold high maintenance standards for the properties. Prior to joining the team, Nathan held a similar role at Mace Group.
Pravesh Jibna
Pravesh is a finance professional with over 15 years experience and has a proven track record of managing complex financial portfolios. Pravesh holds advance qualifications in finance and has a deep understanding of real estate markets, thus making him a vital member of this team. Before joining the team, Pravesh worked in various sectors that include banking, technology, retail, and Self-Storage Business.
Andrew Meade
Andrew is a finance professional and forms part of the wider DAM Team. With a strong background in financial analysis Andrew plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our property portfolio.
We are looking for high quality, well located prominent freehold buildings that are easy to manage, ideally with a strong covenant tenant in occupation.

Location
London boroughs / cities / towns that have strong tenant demand.
Yield
5% - 7% (generally speaking). A lower initial yield will be acceptable where there is certainty of an increase in the rent receivable.
Lot size
£500,000 - £30,000,000
Plan B
We favour buildings that have a strong Plan B. Meaning, if the tenant were to vacate, we would not struggle to re-let as there would be strong demand to occupy it. This of course comes with buildings that are prominently located and attractive to both owners and occupiers.
Uses
We tend to favour properties with retail at ground & basement (just ground is also fine) with upper parts. Either AST’s or Offices– if offices, stronger covenant tenants are desirable – ideally not serviced offices.
